What a great day to publish this blog! August is almost done and September will say hi to us. We should prepare ourselves for more changes that will come to our lives. Like in Cyanel Concept, many things have changed. I listed them below so you will have a summary of what I have done this month. 1. UST Chest Page I made it more pleasant to look at by using direct words to state the introduction and rules. USTs are divided into categories: Anime opening/ending songs and Filipino songs. Someday, I will put Japanese songs too.  Mediafire links are replaced by pCloud links due to my login process being blocked every time I go to MediaFire's site. I also put a short thank you message and the last updated date at the bottom of the page. 2. The vacation is over and I will be busy again. I'm already predicting that there will be hiccups in my blog schedule but what worries me the most is where my time will be consumed. I love studying but when it becomes stressful, it sucks all the joy I have for learning. Originally, I have my classmates share the challenges from school. We hang out after school and have some small meetings about our activities. Now, I cannot feel it anymore because I'm all alone in this online class. Chats do not fill the loneliness I feel from this pandemic. In addition to lessons that are harder to learn and hundreds of assignments, the last school year became really depressing. The awards are not enough to compensate for all the hardship we have to go through online classes. I'm being a pessimist here, but I would be lying if I said that it was fun or I have learned a lot. I have an announcement to make, you probably noticed it on the title of this post. I will do this because I do not want to surprise everyone if the schedule on the sidebar changed. Do not worry, the new schedule below will be effective on September 2021. (GMT+8) Bottle of Stories - Every Friday at 8 PM I will not change this because BoS is my priority. I want to finish the story so I can start revising and writing it in a better way. I just noticed that ever since March of 2018, I did not post anything here. You can find how many I posted here in the archives. Additionally, in 2019, I only updated Bottle of Stories once in January. I do not really remember everything that happened in those years but what I can remember are the key events of my life that led to me losing interest in continuing writing my passion series. The Rise of the Isekai I felt insecure about what I have written because it fits the oversaturated category of Isekai. If you do not know what Isekai is, it is when a character is transported to another world and the plot revolves around that unknown world. Did it become more popular during 2019? I'm not sure but I watched a lot of anime during those years so that is one of the reasons I did not write. I'm just jumping into the hype train and watch a lot of anime. The man who is previously cursed was confused for a second. Until he realized he was back thanks to the boy in front of him. "Why would you want to go there? Can you stop him?" "I don't know. Please point where he is," Rey pleaded. "I also do not know where it is located because I'm just a tourist here. What I remember is that place is big and far from here. Canva I have been using Canva for a while now. Whether it's assignments or blog posts, it helps me to make a simple yet presentable image. I'm really glad Canva is free both on smartphones and PC because I can always continue my work no matter what device I use. Adobe Spark Post Another free mobile application that I also use for some of my Bottle of Stories chapter images and some of my blog posts like "Ranking Drawing Applications". I like how easy it is to use so I'm really thankful for the friend who showed this app to me. I also use this for my youtube thumbnails. MediBang Paint Of course! I use this for drawing characters in my story. I use this most of the time with my drawing tablet and I made the majority of the drawings here from MediBang. ibisPaint X This is my secondary drawing application when I'm doing digital work on my phone. I also use this to edit Bottle of Stories Chapter images. I think this is the best free drawing application out there. W...

Welcome to this blog where I list my drawing struggles from the least hard up to the hardest. This ranking is just for fun so no need to take this too seriously. Let's start! 6. Male I always draw girls that's why designing and drawing guys was not my forte. I'm slowly trying to overcome this struggle so this goes to last from my list. 5. Adults Oh my, this one. I don't know if it is an art style problem but I don't think it is. This just goes to my skills as an amateur artist not being able to make adults look like real adults; the ability to differentiate a child's look from an adult character is my huge problem. Division of groups was made, Rey, Annie, and Jayson are assigned to a group where Cu and OP are also there. While Skar is orienting everyone on important advice and answering others' concerns, Rey continued his conclusion with Annie and Jayson. "Have you heard the story? Drawing takes a lot of time. I could use that time to write more but I draw instead. Writing and drawing are both important to me so as much as possible, I try to balance those two hobbies. However, there are other reasons why I draw in almost every chapter of my story: 1. Accessibility Not all people like reading walls of text. I am one of those people. Drawings help me visualize what is happening in the story so I hoped that goes the same for the people who read Bottle of Stories. 2. Practicing I want to improve my art. Therefore, I have to keep drawing and keep learning from my mistakes. The de-stressing and fun factor from digital art is a bonus for me. 3. Time-management Drawing every week or chapter keeps me on track. I want to be productive even though I slack off sometimes. I learned how to manage my time because of this schedule.

This is something I have noticed recently, I work more efficiently on my slow laptop. I have written most of the Bottle of Stories chapters here. I also wrote blogs, edit pictures, and draw here most of the time even though it has compatibility issues. Here is the specification of my laptop. There are probably more PCs out there that are slower than mine but I cannot properly do heavy things on mine like editing, recording, and exporting videos. You can notice that there is a lag in the drawing videos I post on my youtube. I also do not play games here because it puts my laptop at a high probability of having a blue screen of death. What I can do here are making documents, drawing digital art (when doing lineart, I have to be really slow or my lines will wobble robotically), watching videos (with occasional glitching sounds), editing audios (audacity does not lag here), reading texts, and just doing my online assignments.
